Getting A Proper Amount Of Quality Rest For A Change (Have Been Doing This!)

On Friday, November 16, I'm leaving for a three-night R&R mini-vacation. I'll be close enough to home that it will be tempting to get on the computer and continue working at all hours, but this isn't going to happen. Other than church and a possible shopping trip, I'm going to focus on me and enjoy the luxury afforded by a stay in a nice motel that comes with--among other things--a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. Update 11/28/07: Final leaving date was on Wednesday, November 21, and I ended up taking one more day than planned, returning home on Sunday afternoon. Was close enough that I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and "adopted" sister, Pinky. Now that I'm back home, I'm try ing to keep up the disciplines I began when I was away from the Internet and other distractions.
