Why do you answer these questions?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 08, 2008:
I don't answer them as often as I'd like to because I'm being called in so many directions that the day goes by before I get to them.
However, I think the reason these questions are here is to give us the chance to think about things and share them--and this is good for us as well as for the people who read what we write.
It's a very useful activity, and I hope to have more time to do it in the future.
I usually answer them before I look at what others have written so that it's fully what I am thinking (without outside influence) at the time I answer them.
